Frank D Perez

Frank is the visionary and chief technologist of the company. He enjoys challenging himself to think about complex problems facing our society, both local and global, and the endless possibilities for solutions. His education in engineering and economics are key contributors to his creative approach to problem-solving.

Prior to founding Sfile, Frank has had a lifetime career as an entrepreneur, technologist, and angel investor focused on emerging technology and technology-enabled businesses. He began his career in 1983 as a principal partner of a technology and management consulting firm whose clients included Fortune 500 companies. Since 1993, he has developed several technology companies serving as a founder, angel investor, board member, and/or senior management team member.

Kevin O'Connell

Kevin brings proven executive leadership in building highly motivated teams that are both, fully focused on helping customers and partners solve business problems, and in turn drive new business and ongoing success for all involved. Kevin oversees all aspects of the company's daily operations and jointly with the CEO helps set the strategic direction for Sfile.

Kevin's previous experience includes executive leadership roles for several global technology companies including, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Law Firm Operations for the legal operations management solution provider Datacert Inc.; Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the legal technology company LexisNexis Examen; Vice President of Borland Software; and 13 years of executive management with Tandem Computers Inc.

Prior to breaking into technology, Kevin was a federal agent for the U.S. Secret Service and served in assignments protecting the president and vice-president of the United States. He earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University and has bachelor degrees in both Business Management and Education from St. Joseph's College.

George DeReese

George brings a wealth of experience to a growing organization based on his varied background of financial and strategic business planning. He oversees all finances and manages all accounting for the company, while working closely with the President to create even greater efficiencies to streamline the way we work with our partners.

Prior to joining Sfile, George served as the CFO for a commercial real estate investment and management company overseeing the finances and operations of a portfolio of twenty one properties located throughout the United States and three real estate investment trust with over $50 million in assets. George attended Texas A&M University where he earned a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Karla L Montejo

Karla is responsible for overseeing all operations and making sure the company meets the high expectations of quality we demand of ourselves and our company. Her high energy and ability to tackle any job of any size has been instrumental in creating the excellent reputation the company affords today.

Prior to forming Sfile, Karla worked closely with our founder to develop technology by working with user groups and internal operations to identify and validate the many features now found in our platform. Karla is Vice President of Miletus Ventures and was SVP at Sarek Software where she has successfully managed engagements with key customers and players. Karla attended the University of Houston where she studied Hotel and Restaurant Management.

J Philip Schwarz

Philip is responsible for overseeing client services and engagement management. Philip's secret is simple; he's put together a great team and is backed by great technology.

Philip has been involved in the technology industry since 1993 and has worked in channel development and management, solutions design, deployment and other technical consulting roles with clients ranging from Realtor Associations, to technology firms such as Intel, Lucent, and Avaya. Philip is a graduate of Rice University and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps.
