Sfile’s User Assistance Center is staffed to handle the primary support challenges most needed by users.
Sfile Technical Support is designed to ensure that the Sfile application is running, working properly and available. The types of problem requests covered by Technical Support include:

- • When I try to do “x” the computer displays an error message
Sfile User Support is designed to ensure that the users of the Sfile application are able to efficiently perform their work. Most often these requests are just-in-time, one-on-one training sessions. The types of problem requests covered by User Support include:
- • I can’t remember my password
- • I don’t know how to do “x”
- • I am trying to do “x” and I am not getting the results I expected
Sfile Customer Support is designed assist customers with all other service request. The types of requests covered by Customer Support include:
- • We need to setup some additional user ID’s

USER EDUCATION
The Sfile user interface is designed to be highly intuitive, requiring little hand-holding to become proficient. However, to ensure that every Sfile end user has the essential knowledge to support, adopt and successfully leverage the Sfile application, we provide the following educational services.
Free Weekly User Classes: This instructor led Internet course covers an overview of the Sfile application and features with an emphasis on litigation discovery. It is offered for free on a weekly basis to Sfile customers, partners and prospects on Fridays at 12 pm CST, excluding U.S. federal and company-designated holidays.
Customized Group Classes: This instructor led course is designed to your specific workflow and Sfile application environment. Custom education is available either over the Internet or onsite.
Scheduled, One-On-One Training: This level of training is unique to the participant, providing confidential training for only those areas where additional education is required.
