
I. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Sfile SaaS delivers the following capabilities to our Customers.
Full Service Processing
Sfile uses a distributed computing architecture that allows multiple servers to work in parallel to full-text index metadata and content from electronic files. Sfile supports hundreds of email and file types including Microsoft Office 2007. De-NISTing of non-user files types and flexible de-duplication rules can eliminate unwanted files from being reviewed.
Analysis & Culling
Proximity searching, fuzzy searching, Boolean arguments...we have them. Sfile’s analysis and culling features include: Advanced Search Builder, Saved Searches, Shared Searches, Bulk Tagging and Culling to a unique data set.
Review
Sfile is designed to review both electronic and paper documents in either non-linear or linear review models. Using Sfile's non-linear review model, instead of assigning tags to documents, users assign documents to tags. Sfile's IdoxTM image-on-the fly viewer accelerates review by displaying native files in TIFF, PDF and XML formats as users move between documents. Idox allows redactions to be performed immediately on the TIFF images without the need to wait for additional conversion.
Full Service Production
Sfile supports production in either native, TIFF or PDF file formats and the most popular load file types. Image production includes Bates numbering and Branding at no additional cost.
Remote Deployment Option
Sfile also offers a Remote Management option, where an Sfile server is deployed at your location and is operated remotely by Sfile.

III. SERVICE LEVELS
The following sections describe the hours, services and response times of Sfile service delivery.
Normal Sfile Business Hours – Monday through Friday, 7 am – 7 pm CST, excluding holidays
• 1 hour response time
Sfile Extended Hours – Monday through Friday, 7 pm – 7 am CST, weekends, holidays
• 4 hour response time
IV. SFILE SERVICES DEFINITIONS
Standard Processing
• Triage of data received (User Files, Loose PST files, Encase or Ghost Images, etc.)
• Expansion of PST/OST content into MSG items
• Expansion of compressed containers (ZIP, TAR, RAR, etc.)
• Introspection, Hashing and De-NISTing
• De-duplication
• Full-text indexing of meta data and content
• Immediate user access to indexed data through the Sfile application
• Standard Reports: Chain-of-Custody forms, Inventory Reports, Indexing Exception Reports
Non-Standard Processing
Services performed as Non-Standard Processing have their own unique prices based upon the type of work (Per Tape, Hourly, Per GB, Per OST, Per Page, etc.). All Non-Standard Processing services will be quoted and approved by the Customer prior to any work by Sfile. Examples include:
• Extraction of data from Image files such as EnCase or Ghost Images
• Conversion of non-Microsoft Outlook mail to MSG items
• Handling of exception files
• Processing of databases
• Extraction from backup tapes
• Extraction of PST files from Microsoft Exchange EDB databases
• OCR of image files (TIFF, JPG, etc.)
• Paper scanning & coding
• Conversion of native files to TIFF/PDF during processing
Sfile Review System Hosting
• Site Configuration
• Site Name
• Activation of standard security roles (Administrator and User)
• Setup of Administrator user account
• Organization of collections within the repository
• 12 months of hosting
• Starting on the first date the first set of data is available for access by the Customer
• Unlimited number of users
• Annual Renewal
• The Customer will be sent an annual invoice for hosting renewal.
• The annual renewal date is set by the date the first set of data was made available for
access by the Customer.
• The renewal storage amount will be based upon:
• The actual repository size, which may grow due to the Customer duplicating data
through the Culling features.
• The index size
• The database size (the database contains the Customer’s work product)
• If additional data was added throughout the year, it will be invoiced on a pro-rated
basis.
• Example: Collection B was processed into the Sfile Review System in month 9 after
the site was activated with Collection A. Collection A will be renewed at the full
annual renewal rate. Collection B will be renewed at a pro-rated rate based on 3
additional months of storage in order to align the storage renewal dates for
Collection A and B.

Professional Services
Project Management
The following activities require a Sfile Project Manager.
• Priority processing by custodian
• Rolling productions
• Creation of non-standard security roles and restrictions
• User management using custom security roles (e.g. new user setup, user deletion,
password reset, etc.)
• Custom reporting
The following activities can be performed by the Customer. However, these activities can be delivered by a Sfile Project Manager at the defined rates.
• User management using standard Sfile security roles (e.g. new user setup, user deletion,
password reset, etc.)
• Culling/Filtering
• Review and Production workflow design/implementation
• Tag development/management
• Data organization management
Training
• Site Startup
• One standard user training session via web conferencing (unlimited attendees)
