Sfile E-Serve streamlines the delivery of electronic serving of notices and other litigation-related documents to multiple parties, enabling law firms and courts to eliminate the logistics of paper production and delivery by serving documents electronically through a secure, password-protected Electronic Case Management Platform. Entities within the matter can receive immediate notification of when documents are served and can log in and access them.

All content posted to the website can also be accessed from an integrated enterprise content management repository. All files posted are automatically uploaded into the repository and auto abstracted from the parties posting record.
INTEGRATED ADVANCE SEARCH
Integrated advance search tools provide users the ability to quickly find the information they need with ease and simplicity. Full text indexing automatically indexes files posted to Sfile E-Serve without administrator intervention.
INTEGRATED UNIVERSAL DOCUMENT VIEWER
Fully integrated into Sfile E-Serve is a universal document viewer. The Sfile Idox Viewer, a server based rending engine, allows the viewing of hundred of file types without the need to have the native software. This makes all content highly available with no need to load any software to see a file. Native files can be viewed in TIFF, PDF and XML/HTML format.
AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS TO MANAGE USER CREDENTIAL REQUESTS AND APPROVALS
Parties can request can request access credentials and the case manager and or administrator will be automatically notified via email of pending request where they can login to the website for a single click approval or denial of the request. The user requesting credentials will be sent an email of the status of their request and if approved credentials are automatically created and sent to the users provided email address.
