REDUCING THE COST OF E-DISCOVERY FOR YOUR CLIENTS
Sfile’s E-Discovery paradigm-changing approach to reducing cost is to use its single, fully-integrated EDD system with evidence archiving, document processing, early case assessment and document review.
Lowest Industry Cost: Sfile delivers the lowest pricing model in the industry for self-service E-Discovery processing, review and production using Sfile's hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model.
Shorter Time to Review: Reduce the time between completing processing and starting document review in order to meet schedules. Sfile's integrated processing and document review system allows for document review to begin simultaneously during large volume processing.
“Native” Review: Sfile delivers the benefits of TIFF review without the cost of conversion. Sfile's iDoxTM universal document viewer displays native documents in TIFF, Adobe Acrobat and XML formats. Redaction can be performed immediately on the TIFF image without the need to submit the document to a TIFF-On-Demand queue. If enabled, users can also download the native file in order to open with locally installed applications.
Measuring Reviewer Productivity: Manage reviewer productivity and improve your ability to meet schedules through Sfile’s review
productivity reports.
International Litigation: European, Middle Eastern and Asian languages are supported by Sfile. All system actions, including searching, reviewing, imaging and production are available for documents and document metadata containing non-English languages. Sfile is self-certified as a safe harbor organization with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Joint Defense: Sfile can be enabled for secure multi-party access, enabling any combination of organizations to operate in independent workspaces, with the same set of documents — as allies or adversaries — sharing costs without compromising confidentiality and security.
Security: Sfile provides multiple levels of application security. Users connect to Sfile using the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), a combination of application level and network level security designed for secure Internet connectivity. HTTPS encrypts web pages prior to transmission and decrypting a message upon arrival at the user’s web browser. Users are required to enter their ID and Password to enter the system. User access to data and functionality is determined by access rights assigned by the system administrator. Extensive audit logs are maintained of all user and system activity.
